Les présentes Conditions Générales d'Utilisation (« CGU ») régissent l'accès et l'utilisation de l'application desktop Parlia, du site www.parlia.fr et du service hébergé « Parlia Cloud » (ensemble, le « Service »).

En téléchargeant, installant ou utilisant Parlia, vous acceptez les présentes CGU sans réserve.

L'application desktop Parlia est distribuée sous licence MIT (© 2025 CJ Pais, projet d'origine « Handy ») — le code source est public sur GitHub. Vous êtes libre de l'utiliser, le modifier, le redistribuer sous les termes de cette licence.

Le nom « Parlia », le logo et l'identité visuelle restent la propriété de l'éditeur. Le service hébergé Parlia Cloud n'est pas couvert par la licence MIT — seul le client desktop l'est.

Le contenu que vous produisez (texte transcrit, transformations via voice commands) vous appartient. L'éditeur ne revendique aucun droit dessus.

6. Limitation de responsabilité

Le Service est fourni « EN L'ÉTAT », sans garantie d'aucune sorte, expresse ou implicite, y compris notamment de qualité marchande, d'adéquation à un usage particulier ou d'absence de contrefaçon. L'éditeur ne garantit pas :

Dans les limites permises par le droit applicable, l'éditeur ne saurait être tenu responsable des dommages indirects (perte de données, perte de profit, interruption d'activité, atteinte à la réputation) résultant de l'utilisation ou de l'impossibilité d'utiliser le Service.

7. Suspension et résiliation

Vous pouvez cesser d'utiliser le Service à tout moment en désinstallant l'application. Aucun compte n'étant actuellement créé, aucune procédure spécifique n'est nécessaire.

L'éditeur se réserve le droit de suspendre ou d'interrompre Parlia Cloud à tout moment, notamment :

Une interruption de Parlia Cloud n'empêche pas l'utilisation des autres fournisseurs (Anthropic, Ollama, modèle local) ni de la transcription locale.

8. Modifications des CGU

Les présentes CGU peuvent être modifiées à tout moment. La date « Dernière mise à jour » en haut de page reflète la dernière modification. La poursuite de l'utilisation du Service après modification vaut acceptation des nouvelles CGU.

9. Données personnelles

Le traitement des données personnelles est régi par la Politique de confidentialité de Parlia, qui fait partie intégrante des présentes CGU.

10. Droit applicable et règlement des litiges

Les présentes CGU sont régies par le droit français. En cas de différend, les parties s'engagent à rechercher une solution amiable avant tout contentieux.

À défaut de résolution amiable, le différend sera porté devant les tribunaux français compétents. Pour les litiges relatifs au traitement des données personnelles, l'utilisateur peut également saisir la CNIL.

Conformément à l'article L. 612-1 du Code de la consommation, le consommateur peut recourir gratuitement à un médiateur de la consommation après avoir adressé une réclamation écrite à l'éditeur restée sans réponse satisfaisante sous deux mois.

The Parlia desktop application is distributed under the MIT license (© 2025 CJ Pais, original project “Handy”) — source code is public on GitHub. You are free to use, modify, and redistribute it under the terms of that license.

The name “Parlia”, the logo, and the visual identity remain the publisher's property. The Parlia Cloud hosted service is not covered by the MIT license — only the desktop client is.

Content you produce (transcribed text, voice command transformations) belongs to you. The publisher claims no rights over it.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The publisher does not guarantee:

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the application. As no account is currently created, no specific procedure is required.

The publisher reserves the right to suspend or discontinue Parlia Cloud at any time, including:

8. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be modified at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest change. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Personal data

Processing of personal data is governed by Parlia's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any litigation.

Failing amicable resolution, the dispute shall be brought before the competent French courts. For disputes concerning personal-data processing, the user may also refer the matter to the CNIL.

In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers may resort free of charge to a consumer mediator after having submitted a written complaint to the publisher that has remained unanswered or unsatisfactorily answered for two months.
